Sree has 14 years of experience in Product, IT, and Data Management. She is a software engineer who fell in love with everything Product 12 years ago and has never looked back. With her comprehensive experience as a product leader, she develops strategies that can be effectively implemented, leading to value-driven product offerings. Having gone through her personal struggles with depression, anxiety and stress, makes it especially meaningful for her to lead the BlueCall product. As she is part of giving everyone the tools that she lacked to work more preventatively towards mental health. When Sree is not passionately discussing anything Product, she loves cooking, gardening, and jumping on water puddles with her daughter.
One of the biggest challenges product leaders in any modern organisation face is creating "empowered" teams. It means asking the right questions without pre-supposing the answer, painting a picture without leaving teams with nothing more to do than paint-by-numbers. It means finding the right balance between top-down guidance and bottom-up creativity.
