As an Experience Designer at Frontend.com John helps define clients' business strategies, products and services through design. He has worked for clients all over the world helping to deliver sustainable and enjoyable customer/user experiences in the fields of healthcare, sport performance, software and fintech. Multi-award winning, John's work on digital government-citizen communication has been published in the peer-reviewed 'Iterations Design Review' journal, and he has also been recognised as a Design for Europe featured designer for his work with the UN's migration body, IOM.
John is a co-founder and organiser of Ireland's largest design related community, DublinUX, has spoken extensively on the topic of user experience, and is a lecturer of Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Limerick. He holds a BA in Business Studies and a Certificate in Service Design.
