Christin is a UX researcher and product manager with a PhD in psychology and more than 10 years of quant and qual research experience. She currently drives product innovation at JourneyTrack, leveraging her collective knowledge about the human psyche into building this tech platform that helps brands create irresistible customer experiences. Christin’s superpower is her ability to connect the dots between what people are experiencing, what they need to get their jobs done easily, and how to mobilize cross-functional teams to support those objectives.
Prior to joining JourneyTrack, Christin was a Lecturer in Psychology at the City University of New York and the University of Kansas, and a freelance researcher and program evaluator. When she’s not building empathy with customers, she can be found teaching hot yoga or running around with her wife and two kiddos.
